The PRO program is a comprehensive and thorough certification program for teacher training, that includes personalized pedagogical consultation and an online course on learning and teaching topics. In addition, exposure days at the Center, which include a tour of the studios, familiarization with the activities of the Center, a meeting with a Technion management representative, and an inspiring lecturer. At the end of the program, the participants receive a teaching qualification certificate.
The program’s objectives are –
1. To provide basic theoretical knowledge in the fields of learning and teaching
2. To provide methods and tools for optimal teaching planning
3. To develop personal teaching skills
4. To enrich the toolbox of teaching and assessment methods
